PTOMS can be deployed two ways:
-HOSTED SOLUTION: This means you pay a monthly service/subscription fee for the software (aka: SAAS or Software as a Service)
OR
-ON-SITE DEPLOYMENT: This means you pay a one-time fee to license the software
Hosted Solution
- Monthly fee is a function of the number of employees/users*
$199 for the first 50 users ($3.98/user)
$299 for the first 100 users ($2.99/user)
$100 for each additional 100 users ($1.00/user)
For example: 300 users would cost you $299+$100+$100+=$499
Under the assumption that unplanned absence alone costs U.S. employers $602 per salaried employee per year (or $60/month), a business with 300 employees will lose $18,000/month on unplanned absence! A nominal fee of $2.99 or $1.00 per employee will quickly deliver a high ROI!

Once you provide us with the necessary PTO and employee information for your company, we will populate the system for you, so you don’t have to worry about the back-end set-up. This also includes any on-going support you will need to accommodate changes to your PTO and employee information and any additional required maintenance (example: new hires, change of policy…)
